It is illegal for us to sell liquor to anyone under the age of 18. It is illegal to buy liquor when under the age of 18 or for any person over the age of 18 to buy or attempt to buy liquor for any person under the age of 18. It is also illegal to make a false declaration of age in order to purchase liquor. If you are under the age of 18, please do not attempt to use this site to purchase liquor. By placing an order you confirm that you (and the recipient of the wine) are at least 18 years old.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
All prices quoted are in New Zealand Dollars with GST included and are listed as either or both a ‘per bottle’ price or ’case price, as marked. Your order must comply with our case pricing terms, as indicated in the cart and elsewhere.
Any delivery charges are additional unless otherwise specified.
Any discounted prices will be clearly listed. We reserve the right to amend prices without notice.
All products and services are subject to changes in availability and may be geographically restricted.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Our Shipping and Returns Policy is explained here roundtheorywines/com/pages/shipping-returns. Deliveries will only be made within the North Island and South Island of New Zealand.
Couriers & Charges
In most cases your order should arrive in line with the delivery timeframes below:
- 2 to 3 Days for North Island
- 3 to 4 Days for South Island
Rural deliveries will be subject to the rural delivery service for your area. Deliveries to any other islands of New Zealand may not be possible or may require a specific price.
Our standard courier service will require that the delivery is signed for on receipt – Please consider where your wine is being delivered to ensure that someone will be available to sign for the order. You can also waive this condition by changing the service type online directly with the courier using the tracking number provided.
Tracking Your Order
To track your order please use the link provided on your shipment confirmation e-mail using the tracking number issued to you via email (which is sent when your purchase has been dispatched from our warehouse)
Click on the tracking number to ‘track your parcel’ which will link to the couriers tracking details. This will confirm the current status of your order.
If you order is late or has not been received within 7 days please contact us at email@example.com.
Returns & Refunds
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help. You can return your product for a return or a refund to the original payment method.
To initiate a return or refund please complete the below steps:
- Contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
- Print your prepaid shipping label received by email and attach to the case/s being returned
- Send all items back to us using the label provided
- Money Back Guarantee – If for whatever reason you don’t like your first bottle from a case purchase we will issue a full refund and arrange to have the remaining bottles collected and returned through our courier partner. Contact must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
If you receive faulty or damaged wine – Contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will replace your order with undamaged stock and arrange collection of the original order.
Returns – these will be collected from your address by our courier company. We will send a courier collection ticket to be applied to the case/s to be returned
Refunds – If you require a refund we will credit the value of the purchase (including freight) if:
- the wine was damaged in transit or upon receipt
- the incorrect wine was supplied, or
- the order quantity supplied was incorrect, and
- we receive the return request within 30 days of the invoice date, and
- the wine is in saleable condition (unless damaged in transit or upon receipt).
All refunds will be credited back to the card that was used to make the initial purchase.
Please note that there may be a slight delay while we process refunds through our finance and accounts teams.
Restricted delivery day and times that your order can be delivered and by the hours that our couriers operate. These are as follows;
- Monday to Friday: 6am – 7pm (no weekend deliveries)
- No deliveries Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Anzac Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day or 2nd January.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Your order is placed as soon as you confirm the same via our site. If you need to cancel some or part of your order you must contact us immediately at email@example.com and provide us with the details. We will do our best to accommodate your request but if the order (or any part thereof) has already been fulfilled then we do not guarantee that your order may be cancelled.
Unless otherwise agreed, refunds will be made by the original payment method.
OUR PRODUCTS AND LIABILITY
Please note that representation of products on our site is for descriptive and illustrative purposes, so actual products may vary slightly. Spillage, breakage and other loss or damage caused by customer handling will not be our liability. You should also be aware of the following inherent risks and warnings:
• Alcohol should be consumed in moderation
• When opening, Champagnes and sparkling wines can be volatile due to buildup of gases. Extra care should be taken when removing the cork
• A case of wine can be heavy, so when lifting it extra care should be taken
ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions (together “errors”) that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
We may amend these Terms of Sale from time to time. By making any purchase, you are deemed to have agreed to the then current Terms of Sale.
